Everything here was great, and the weather was wonderful, appreciated it.

Everything was perfect and fairly clean, I loved staff and location. Nothing to complain about, the venue met standard, would recomand it.

We loved the hotel, it was ideal and clean. The food was exceptional with plenty of choice! The location was marvellous and perfect, so close to the beach as well as the restaurants.

The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and the bed was large. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and an electronic key card in the room, best possible location.

Exceptional stay in this hotel. Clean facilities, fab location, great value. Staff were so helpfull, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. The beach nearby was tropical and the view was worth every penny.

This accommodation was FUNCTIONAL and fairly clean, it had amazing stuff and location.

There was a beautiful lobby. The room was brand-new and beautifully designed, plus the bed was good. The continental breakfast they offered was included.

Gorgeous breakfast, heated pool, positive staff. The main bar in the hotel had a wide array of free hot spirits and wines throughout the day.

It is 100% that we would definitely go back. Bountiful breakfast, special service.

A well presented hotel, superb facilities, and agreeable staff. Lots of supplies in the room : terrace, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Extraordinarily good value for money, a decent stay.

Great value, a comfortable location. The hotel is good small, beds are perfect, bathroom is marble. Nice hot breakfast with lots of choices.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Very modern hotel, stylish and calm rooms. Our room had a big bed and a such amazing view. Thanks to an exceptional service we had a good stay. Small restaurant and roof top bar on-site👌

Facilities were basic, yet wi-fi was poor. The location was bad, it's a pitty.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. A cool bonus was nearby Capitan Sandwich, that offered tea and coffee.

It was attractive and competitive value for money among other available hotels in Playa del Carmen. There is a friendly reception to relax in. The bed was comfortable and pillows too. It was a fantastic location for us.
